Custom components, made to drawing.
Explore component types by geometry and application. Specifications require drawing review.
Choose a component family by its functional features
These are custom machining directions, not stock items with fixed specifications. Use the part geometry to choose a starting point, then send the controlled drawing for a process review.
| Component direction | Review first | Relevant process |
|---|---|---|
| Housings & valve blocks | Pockets, multi-face holes, datums, sealing or mating interfaces | 5-axis machining / CNC milling |
| Shafts & sleeves | Fits, bores, runout, grooves, support and secondary features | CNC turning |
| Small connectors & slender parts | Length-to-diameter relationship, threads, small holes and burr control | Swiss machining |
Prepare a quote that can be compared
Include the 3D model, controlled 2D drawing, units and revision. Specify material grade and condition, quantities, critical tolerances, finishing and inspection documents. Confirm cleaning, packaging, traceability, delivery destination and target timing where relevant. Price and lead time follow the agreed scope rather than the appearance of an example photograph.
The supplied profile includes AL6061 and SUS316L examples. Other grades, dimensions and requirements need confirmation. Read the RFQ preparation guide or submit your drawing for review.
Manufacturing evidence you can review
Equipment and material examples refer to the supplied inventory, company profile and manufacturer literature. General guidance and illustrative images are not customer delivery case studies or a substitute for drawing review. Agree on inspection, reporting and delivery scope for each project.
