Identify functional requirements
The YILIU profile shows diaphragm-valve bodies, VCR-related parts and semiconductor tooling. This page describes custom-machining capability, not certified complete valves or standardized catalog products.
Agree on delivery requirements
Specify material, sealing surfaces, passages, roughness, cleaning, packaging and traceability. Special cleaning, clean packaging or application-specific testing must be reviewed before quotation.
Review sealing faces, passages and cleanliness separately
For valve bodies, connectors and tooling, identify sealing-face roughness, edge and passage deburring, and accessible inspection features. Cleaning, clean packaging and leak testing are separate delivery requirements. Agree on their scope and acceptance method individually; material grade alone does not establish compliance.
Connect drawing revisions to delivery documents
Provide material grade and condition, part number, revision, quantity and traceability needs. List material certificates, critical-dimension records and package identification at the RFQ stage. Factory equipment and quality-system documents support initial supplier assessment; each project still requires review of its drawing and order requirements.
