Inquiries and drawings
We collect contact details, requirements and files you submit to review, quote and follow up on your project. Drawings are held in private file storage and can only be accessed by authorized administrators. No public attachment links are provided. Customer files are not used to train models or publish case studies.
Interaction analytics
Only with your analytics consent do we record catalog downloads, email clicks and inquiry conversions, and save campaign attribution with an inquiry. Events exclude names, emails, files and requirement text. Declining analytics does not prevent inquiries.
Retention and deletion
Records are used as needed for project communication. Email helen.han@yiliuprecision.com with your inquiry reference to request access, correction or deletion. Administrators can delete inquiries and their associated files. There is no public inquiry lookup endpoint.
Essential storage and services
The site uses a hosted database and file storage to save submissions. Administrator login uses an essential secure cookie. Analytics preferences are stored on your device. Public content is accessible without sign-in; administrator pages and inquiry attachments remain access-controlled.
