Review by grade and function

The profile includes SUS316L connectors, valve bodies and tooling examples. Provide the material grade, dimensions and cleanliness needs. A material’s corrosion resistance does not establish application certification for a finished component.

Surfaces, threads and inspection

Define roughness and inspection requirements for sealing surfaces, threads and mating features. Passivation, cleaning, packaging and traceability require specific agreement; ultra-high-purity grades or finished-fitting certifications are not implied.

Specify the grade and the intended service separately

The supplied profile shows SUS316L connectors, valve bodies and tooling examples. Other grades and material conditions require confirmation with the drawing. State the applicable material specification, documentation and traceability needs. Corrosion resistance of a grade alone does not certify the finished component for a particular application, pressure rating or cleanliness class.

Identify sealing, threaded and mating surfaces

Show critical bores, thread requirements, sealing-face texture and edge or passage deburring on the controlled drawing. Slender features, thin sections and restricted access can affect the machining and measurement approach. Agree on the datum system and whether dimensions apply before or after any surface treatment; do not infer finished-part tolerances from equipment travel or instrument display resolution.

Confirm cleaning, passivation and records explicitly

If passivation, special cleaning, leak testing or clean packaging is required, list each item and its acceptance method at the RFQ stage. These are separate operations and are not automatically included in custom machining. Provide quantities, delivery destination and required records so the quotation can define its scope. Use the factory, quality and profile links to review available evidence before agreeing on a project-specific supply package.

Manufacturing evidence you can review

Equipment and material examples refer to the supplied inventory, company profile and manufacturer literature. General guidance and illustrative images are not customer delivery case studies or a substitute for drawing review. Agree on inspection, reporting and delivery scope for each project.
